Annotatsiya

The dependence of accuracy of temperature measurement by semiconductor sensors on stabilization factor of the current source is investigated and the results are presented. It is shown that the presence of slope of the current-voltage characteristic, as well as its dependence on temperature, impose limitations on the measurement of accuracy depending on the stabilization factor of the current source, the value of the operating current and the region of the measured temperature.
