The most important components of learning a foreign language are listening, speaking, reading and writing. In any form of education, linguistic competencies must be broad, transverse, multifaceted, and fundamental to all people, as well as inherent in every scientific culture and discipline. In this article, the author discusses in detail about the importance of teaching foreign languages in contemprorary educational institutions and the use of four elements and she explains about the development of these 4 skills: writing, reading, speaking and listening in terms of providing analysis and facts.
