This article discusses the problem of determining the age of the author when working with anonymous texts in linguistic expertise. In some cases, it is necessary to determine the age characteristics of the author. Elements of the author's age are highlighted in detail. In addition, the analysis of the lexical aspect of the text reveals exactly which units reflect the individual characteristics of the author.
