In recent years, the Republic of Uzbekistan has taken effective institutional and legal measures to combat all forms of corruption. Nevertheless, the corruption perception index in our country remains high. The article analyzes public procurement procedures in the field of construction, which is one of the most suffered industries from corruption, and also presents proposals for its elimination on the example of advanced foreign experience.
