Relevance: Genetic factors play a significant role in the development of type 2 diabetes. This study aims to analyze genetic polymorphisms across different populations to determine susceptibility to the disease and to develop individualized treatment strategies. Purpose: To determine the significance of genetic polymorphisms in the development of type 2 diabetes and contribute to the development of individualized prevention and treatment strategies. Materials and Methods: The study utilized modern DNA technologies, molecular-genetic research, human genetic statistics, and bioinformatics technology as statistical methods. Results: Based on molecular-genetic analyses, the distribution characteristics of PPARA, PPARGC1A, UCP2, PPARG, ADRB2, ADRB3, and FABP2 polymorphisms were identified. Differences in genetic polymorphisms between various populations were observed, which may alter the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Conclusions: The evaluation of genetic polymorphisms characteristic of populations in the development of type 2 diabetes in conditionally healthy individuals revealed differences in the polymorphisms of the genes PPARGA (rs4253778), PPARG (rs1801282), ADRB2 (rs1042714 and rs1042713), ADRB3 (rs4994), UCP2 (rs660339), and FABP2 (rs1799883). It is recommended to personalize the treatment process based on individual genetic data.
