Pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis is highly prevalent and prone to relapse. In a cohort of 86 children, a pathogenetically informed, etiology-driven treatment strategy showed strong clinical effectiveness, yielding excellent and good outcomes in 96.5% of cases and shortening recovery times.
