Among the common pathologies requiring surgery, special attention is paid to vesicoureteral reflux (PMR). The article discusses modern surgical methods for treating this pathology, including endoscopic and traditional surgical techniques, such as injection of periurethral fillers and ureteral reimplantation. Assessment of the effectiveness of these methods, as well as their impact on the restoration of kidney function, allows you to choose the optimal treatment depending on the degree of disease and the patient's condition. The article discusses the results of the postoperative period, the benefits of minimally invasive technologies and the prospects for further development of surgical treatment.
