Retrospective analysis of treatment results in 998 children with urgent abdominal diseases from 2017 to 2024. Patients were divided into three groups: purulent-inflammatory diseases (PID, n=838), acute cystic diseases (ACD, n=107), and intestinal obstruction (IO, n=53). Technical parameters, complication rates, recovery times, and long-term outcomes were evaluated.
