MORPHOLOGICAL AND MORPHOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF BONE TISSUE IN ALLOXAN-INDUCED OSTЕOPATHY AND ITS CORRECTION

Annotatsiya

 The article presents the results of morphological and morphometric analysis of bone tissue in rats with alloxan-induced diabetes and evaluates the effectiveness of various correction methods (calcium gluconate, sulfated glycosaminoglycans, and their combination). The study examined the trabecular bone structure, osteoblast and osteoclast activity, osteocyte density, trabecular thickness, and trabecular area. The findings demonstrate pronounced structural disturbances of bone tissue in diabetic osteopathy and partial restoration under monotherapy, with the most significant effect observed in combined treatment.
