Annotatsiya

There are different points of view on the question of whether active surgical intervention should be used for primary obstructive megaureter or whether patients should be under medical supervision. While some scientists claim that the obstructive situation in the ureterocysmal segment will disappear by the age of 5, others believe that it is necessary to ensure urinary derivation, other scientists give the opinion that the sooner surgery is resorted to, the less secondary complications in the upper urinary tract will be. From this point of view, it is necessary to conduct a study on which classification should be used, which main research methods should be used in making a diagnosis, and which treatment method should be chosen as the most appropriate for obtaining a good result in primary obstructive megaureter in children.
