Ischemic stroke is one of the leading causes of disability and mortality worldwide, which emphasizes the need to develop effective therapeutic approaches. The article discusses modern strategies for the treatment of ischemic stroke with an emphasis on the mechanisms of neuroregeneration aimed at restoring neural function and improving outcomes in patients after stroke. Particular attention is paid to the treatment of neuroinflammatory processes, activation of neurotrophic factors and the use of cell therapy. The results of clinical studies confirming the effectiveness of new treatment methods, such as anti-inflammatory drugs, neurotrophic agents and combination approaches are discussed. In conclusion, the importance of integrating different therapeutic strategies to achieve optimal results in the treatment of ischemic stroke and improve the quality of life of patients is emphasized.
