This review explores the convergence of molecular, regenerative, and digital technologies in gynecology following the COVID-19 pandemic. Emphasis is placed on exosome-based liquid biopsy, mesenchymal stem cell therapy, AI-driven diagnostics, and epigenetic impacts. These advances present significant potential for improving cancer detection, fertility restoration, and personalized gynecologic care. The article also highlights the need for ethical governance, data security, and regulatory oversight to ensure safe integration into clinical practice.
