The article updates the application of the demonstration examination the managementof the quality of training and employment of graduates of pedagogical areas. It is argued that thismechanism of attestation of teaching staff will ultimately contribute to the preservation and development of the demographic and intellectual potential of the Altai Krai. The main outlines of the demonstration exam model in the educational activities of the Altai State Pedagogical University are presented.
