in the article, the improvement of students’ skills to follow a healthy lifestyle and preparation for a healthy lifestyle was analyzed scientifically and theoretically according to literary sources. In physical education classes and in the educational process, the physical fitness of students was determined and pedagogically justified through various sports clubs.
