The article investigates water balance components, grain yield, and water use efficiency of rice cultivation under the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan using different irrigation technologies. Based on field experimental data, the AquaCrop model was calibrated to local soil and climatic conditions and applied to assess water balance indicators. The results demonstrated that drip and sprinkler irrigation technologies can reduce irrigation water consumption and improve water use efficiency.
