This article provides a comprehensive assessment of the environmental condition of Tashkent City based on Geographic Information Systems and remote sensing data. The study analyzes Land Use/Land Cover, vegetation condition using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, and terrain characteristics based on the Digital Elevation Model and Slope derived from satellite imagery. The research findings can contribute to improving environmental monitoring in Tashkent City, developing green infrastructure, and formulating scientifically grounded recommendations for sustainable urban planning.
