The sattar snowtrout, Schizothorax curvifrons Heckel, 1838 (= Schizothorax intermedius), inhabits mountainous and foothill regions of Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, including the upper reaches of the Syrdarya River sources and tributaries. In April 2026, a sample of 3-7-year-old snowtrouts (n = 50 specimens) from the Karasu channel (Tashkent region) was analyzed. The fish had a total length (TL) of 21.3–40.1 cm, a standard length (SL) of 19.4–35.1 cm, and a total weight (W) of 220.9–1459.0 g. The following dependencies were determined: SL=0.8667*TL+0.03 (r=0.996), W=0.0283*SL3.4431 (r = 0.94), W=0.0046*TL3.4132 (r = 0.95).
