This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving digital water resource management systems in agriculture. Issues related to efficient water use, water accounting, monitoring, and the introduction of modern information and communication technologies into water management processes under conditions of climate change and water scarcity are analyzed. The advantages of digitalization in the water sector, reduction of water losses, improvement of water use efficiency, and recommendations for enhancing water supply to agricultural producers are also presented.
