Currently, hip replacement has become a standard operation in traumatological and orthopedic practice. Indications for total hip replacement include severe gait disturbances, severe pain, shortening of the limb with pelvic distortion, etc. However, with the increase in the number of these interventions, a significant number of complications are revealed, the frequency of which is up to 60%. One of the common complications of hip replacement surgery is dislocation of the head of the endoprosthesis. This complication occurs at various times in the postoperative period and is based on weakness of the capsular apparatus of the joint. Because of this, if the supporting load on the joint is untimely or movements of the lower limb are performed - rotation or adduction - the head of the endoprosthesis is dislocated.
