The article presents modern approaches to surgical treatment of echinococcosis of the chest organs, including traditional methods and innovative minimally invasive techniques, such as thoracoscopic echinococcectomy and ultrasound equipment. The high efficiency of modern technologies is noted, allowing to reduce the frequency of complications and relapses, reduce the duration of hospitalization and improve the quality of life of patients.
