The review article presents the results of clinical and immunological studies of domestic and foreign researchers on the study of immunopathogenetic, immunodiagnostic, immunocorrective aspects of patients with gonarthrosis of elderly and senile age. An analysis of the definition of cellular and humoral immunity, cytokine status in patients of this age category of patients with gonarthrosis is given.
