Annotatsiya

This study analyzed the frequency, dosing, and dynamics of inotropic drug use in 137 children aged 1 month to 3 years after surgical correction of congenital heart defects, including transposition of the great arteries (TGA), total anomalous pulmonary venous return (TAPVR), and tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Assessment was performed during the first 24 hours postoperatively. Adrenaline and milrinone were the most frequently used agents, especially within the first 6 hours, with a decreasing trend by 24 hours. Differences in inotropic support were identified depending on the type of defect. The findings may serve as a basis for optimizing therapy and developing standardized protocols in the early postoperative period.
