According to a conceptual definition in 2021, epilepsy is a persistent predisposition to cause seizures of epileptic seizures and is characterized by a brain disorder characterized by the neurobiological, cognitive, psychological and social consequences of this condition. The concept is based on the definition proposed by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) working group, which implies the need to take into account the complex approach (mentioned in the psychological definition) and the presence of joint mental states in the treatment of epilepsy in complex mental states. Given the importance of a comprehensive interdisciplinary assessment of the state of epilepsy, a for Paroxysmal conditions and comorbid psychopathological signs. Many anxiogenic factors in the daily life of patients with epilepsy (non-predictability of seizures, physical shocks, social stigma, discrimination, economic, family, professional difficulties) interact with each other, which, as a result, worsen the quality of life of patients and lead to an increase in panic.
