This article examines the agro-technological features of millet cultivation as a second crop after winter cereals. The influence of sowing time, seeding rate, and mineral fertilization on yield formation was analyzed. The results show that early sowing and optimal nutrient supply significantly increase productivity. Millet’s drought resistance confirms its high potential as a promising crop for double cropping systems under water-limited conditions.
