Stroke continues to be one of the main causes of temporary or permanent disability, represents a serious economic burden, reduces the quality of life not only for patients, but also for their families, and creates an additional burden on medical, social and financial services. In order to ensure equal and timely access to preventive, curative and rehabilitation services in healthcare institutions, a new format of interaction in the doctor-patient and doctor-doctor systems is needed, for example, using telemedicine technologies. In this article, the management scheme of medical rehabilitation within the model of a patient-oriented telerehabilitation system in the organization of medical care, which will effectively manage the rehabilitation of post-stroke patients and achieve the goals of rehabilitation treatment, depending on the mobility of patients, the characteristics of the functional state of their body, the severity of cognitive impairment, as well as other factors, including those due to socio-economic conditions.
