Annotatsiya

The materials of the commission forensic medical examinations related to the activities of obstetricians-gynecologists, conducted in the Fergana region in 2018-2022, were studied. It was established that the leading ones were diagnostic defects, mainly the failure to detect the developed complication. Most of the shortcomings were made for subjective reasons, more often due to inattentive attitude towards patients. Almost two-thirds of the identified defects had a significant negative impact on the health of patients. The necessity of using the results of the analysis of forensic expertise to improve the quality of obstetrician-gynecologists' activities is emphasized.
