Fibromyalgii is a variant of chronic musculoskeletal pain of central genesis. They are a complicated multilevel syndrome. The abundance of mental and vegetative symptoms as criteria for this syndrome can greatly expand the boundaries of the diagnosis. This article contains a point of view that fibromyalgii are secondary somatic part of primary psychiatric disorders very often.
