The study examined 35 children with acute polyradiculoneuritis; In the course of molecular genetic research, antiganglioside antibodies were detected in the blood serum, which is a criterion for the differential diagnosis of acute polyradiculoneuritis. Against the background of traditional treatment, taking into account the data of immunological studies, the cyclophosphamide preparation was included in the treatment complex. Positive clinical and neurological dynamics confirmed the correctness of this treatment method.
