Medicines made from natural plants are simpler compared to medicines obtained chemically and artificially. In this article, the amount of water-soluble vitamins in the leaves of the "Abdullajon ota" grape variety was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography. The results obtained were analyzed and information was given on the amount of water-soluble vitamins in plant materials.
