Treatment and prevention of skin diseases, eliminating the causes are of great importance. The demand for natural medicines in Uzbekistan today is very high. The article provides information about some biologically active compounds that make up St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) and their significance in medicine, especially in the treatment of skin diseases. It is also compared to other plants.
