The article presents the results of determining the amount of vitamins contained in the extract of the fruit of the jujube (Zizifus jujuba. Mill) in a 0.1N aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid by the method of high-performance liquid chromatography. Optimum conditions for extraction of vitamins from the product and chromatographic determinations devised. It was found that the fruit of unabi is rich in vitamins, especially the amount of vitamin B12 is very high (56.53 mg/100 g).
