This article describes the chemical nature of vitamin E, its role in the prevention of skin diseases, provides information about its content in some foods, as well as the results of experiments to determine the content of vitamin E in almond, sea buckthorn and peach oils. The experiments were carried out by chemical and spectrophotometric methods.
