The article presents the results of the distribution regions, trunk, leaf, flower and seed oil of Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) plant. The use of the plant in folk medicine and medicine is described in detail. During the research, the biological activity of the chemical compounds contained in the artichoke plant was theoretically analyzed using the “Pass online” program, and the level of biological activity of the chemical compounds was evaluated.
