This article presents the research results of determining the amino acids in the peel and seeds of pomegranate fruit and studying their mg amounts. During the study of the amount of amino acids in pomegranate peel and seeds, it was found that pomegranate peel and seeds retain their healing properties even when boiled and dried at high temperature.
