Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds – triazoles are an important selective class of derivatives in chemotherapy against tumor cell lines. This review describes the biological activity of triazole-hybrid compounds that showed high activity against cancer cells in 2022 and some groups of pharmacophores that caused this activity.
