This article discusses the functions and significance of flavonoids and vitamins in living organisms, as well as the specific characteristics of each flavonoid and vitamin. The analysis of flavonoids and water-soluble vitamins contained in the roots of the Korolkovia severzovii plant, as well as the field of medical application of flavonoids and vitamins identified in this plant, is highlighted.
