In this work, the amount of amino acids in pomegranate seeds was determined by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). Based on the results obtained, the amount of exchangeable and non-exchangeable amino acids in pomegranate seeds was analyzed and compared with the content of amino acids in wheat flour powder. It has been found that there are more amino acids in pomegranate seeds than in wheat flour.
