The article analyzes the national legislation governing the activities of sports agents, the concept of sports agents, licensing issues of sports agents, foreign experience of sports agents’ activities, recommendations inspired by the analysis as well as substantiated conclusions about licensing and accreditation systems of professional sports agents are provided.
