This article outlines the content and scientific and practical significance of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 17, 2020No. PP-4754 “On measures to further improve the mechanisms for alternative dispute resolution”, as well as scientifically substantiated proposals for amending existing laws on arbitration.
