The article considers the application of the norms of Islamic law on obligations and treaties, in particular, the principles close to the moral values of our people, and the principles and ideas of the parties to the treaties to be honest and conscientious, timely and appropriate, encouraging tolerance and generosity. Some types of treaties in Islamic law, such as muzaraba, musharaka, and murabakh, are discussed in detail.
