This article attempts to analyze general indicators of welfare such as “security”, “average life expectancy” and “average wages”. These indicators are considered as the basis in the range of opportunities and favorable living conditions provided by the state aimed at improving the welfare of young people. The article includes secondary statistical analysis on the above-mentioned indicators and their quantitative indicators. A comparative analysis of indicators by country and annual indicators was performed. The statistical data of Uzbekistan is examined in detail in accordance with the indicators being studied, and problematic factors affecting these calculations are identified. At the conclusion of the article, relevant conclusions are drawn on the research topic.
