Annotatsiya

During our study, we studied clinical and laboratory changes in the liver after covid-19 in patients with alcoholism. For this purpose, 140 patients undergoing treatment with a diagnosis of alcoholism were selected. The average age of the patients was 37±6.3 years, and all of them were men. Patients were studied in two groups. The main group consists of patients who are no more than 12 weeks after the onset of Covid-19 with the presence of alcoholism. The control group for the incidence of alcoholism is present in patients not infected with Covid-19. As the main research method, the indicators of biochemical analysis of blood, allaninaminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin, total protein were studied. Our study showed that a biochemical blood test showed elevated levels of ALT, AST and total bilirubin in patients with Covid-19 suffering from alcoholism. This means that the changes are associated with complications of covid-19.
