Annotatsiya

Purpose of the study. Preparation of low-cost and high-quality fresh nutrient medium based on local ingredients for inducing pathogenic fungi. Materials and methods of research. In the course of scientific research, pathological material (skin scrapings, damaged hair and nail plates) taken from 400 patients were cultured for fungal skin diseases in the current Saburo medium and the proposed medium Results: In our model studies, cultures of the three most common types of fungi (Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum canis, Epidermophyton floccosum) among dermophytes were studied. These types of dermatomycoses are fungal pathogens isolated from most patients. Conclusions. A low-cost and high-productivity nutrient medium was created for use in the daily practice of bacteriological laboratories at all treatment and prevention (dispensaries for skin and venereal disease dispensaries, private laboratories) located on the territory of our republic.
