This article examines the scientific foundations of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) cultivation technologies and ways to improve them. The study analyzes conventional and organic cultivation systems, irrigation methods, and their environmental and economic efficiency. The results show that organic and innovative technologies reduce environmental impact, although in some cases they may have lower yield and economic efficiency. Efficient use of resources and the implementation of modern irrigation systems are also of great importance.
