This article presents information on the influence of fiber quality indicators—fiber length, maturity level, micronaire, and other parameters—on yarn quality in cotton seeds of the “Xin Lu Zao-78” variety introduced from China and the locally bred “Sulton” variety. The quality indicators of cotton fiber and yarn were tested and analyzed in the laboratory of the “Paxtakor teks” multi-sector cotton-textile cluster located in the Jizzakh region using the “Uster Autosorter-5” system. The obtained results are presented in the form of tables and graphs. Based on the conducted research, it was emphasized that recommendations should be developed for the technological processes of primary cotton processing and yarn spinning considering the quality indicators of cotton fiber.
