Annotatsiya

Correlation between spectrum of the low temperature (T = 4.2 K) photoluminescence and anomalous photovoltages properties of oblique sputtered polycrystalline thin films CdTe, CdTe:In is discovered. In spectrum of undoped samples, equally with double-acting band the band of own luminescence, conditioned presence potential barrier on border of grains dominated. Alloyage with impurity In extinguishs double-acting bands, the adding thermal treatment leads to intensification of the own band, half-width of which is connected with maximum value of photogenerated voltage VАФН ≈ 103 V/cm.
