This article analyzes the impact of using the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system in human resource management on the overall efficiency of an enterprise. The main objective of the study is to determine the role of the KPI system in improving employee productivity, enhancing motivation, and aligning staff performance with the strategic goals of the organization. The paper discusses modern approaches to human resource management, the methodological foundations of KPI implementation, and its practical outcomes. It also examines the application of the KPI system in the development of human capital, performance evaluation, and optimization of managerial decision-making in Uzbek enterprises. The research results show that applying the KPI system increases employee accountability, improves resource utilization efficiency, and strengthens the overall competitiveness of the enterprise
