This study developed a didactic model aimed at improving the technology of the formation of the management culture of the directors of the preschool educational organization. The Model aims to develop professional and personal skills, pedagogical knowledge and managerial skills of leaders, and is based on modern educational and managerial approaches. In the course of the study, advanced foreign experiments were analyzed and studied their role and importance in the formation of an effective management culture. The proposed didactic model makes it possible to increase the readiness of the directors of preschool educational organizations for innovative approaches, develop strategic planning and pedagogical leadership competencies. This model serves to improve the effectiveness of the management process and improve the quality of Education.
