This article analyzes the reflection of units representing the concept of food in the linguistic landscape of the world of the Uzbek and English peoples. The author emphasizes the role of language and culture in a person's perception of the environment. The specific conceptual concepts of each nation and their changes depending on the spirit of the times are shown. Food concepts, in particular, such products as bread and tea, reflect national values, customs, and cultural codes. The article also explores linguistic concepts related to food through linguocognitive and linguocultural approaches and reveals their social significance. Differences between Uzbek and English peoples, as well as how food concepts are reflected in the cultural context, are important. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of food concepts in language and culture. Food is an integral part of human life, and its role and significance in social and cultural life must be constantly studied. The article also examines the historical development of food concepts, their place in the cultural heritage of the people, and their significance in modern life. Through the concepts of food, opinions are expressed about the preservation of national identity and culture, as well as the role of food in international relations and globalization processes.
