The article analyzes theoretical and practical aspects of the rapid monitoring system in Paralympic athletics. The informative significance of heart rate (HR), oxygen consumption (VO₂), aerobic and anaerobic capacities, and recovery rate indicators in the training and competitive activities of highly qualified Paralympic athletes is substantiated. Based on rapid monitoring data, the possibilities of classifying training exercises according to energy supply mechanisms are presented. The effectiveness of load intensity scaling and the application of the parallel planning concept in the training process are highlighted. The obtained results contribute to optimizing training load management and improving the competitive performance of Paralympic athletes.
